Stayed for 2 nights in this grand old and comfortable place, really enjoyed that. The room was neat and airy in general, in bathroom particularly. The breakfast was fresh and hot, a good choice of good food. Its location a few steps away from Tate Liverpool was marvellous and lovely. The bus stop was 100 metres away.

Great and beautiful location on main parade, truly enjoyed this place. A cool bonus was Lovelock's, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The venue was grand old and exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed the location not far from Eastbourne for a family funeral, and the Pier and shops, and sea views. Everything was perfect during our stay nonetheless disappointing aspect was flooded bathroom. The beach nearby was ideal and the view was outstanding.
